4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
WorldNumis ships worldwide, but reserves the right to cancel an order.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENT OPTIONS
The payment methods available are those presented in the purchase process. WorldNumis reserves the right to only accept certain types of payment for orders over €500.00 (five hundred euros).
All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the legal rate in force.
6. CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You can cancel your order if it is in a pending status, which means it has not yet been packaged and shipped.
WorldNumis allows an item to be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. Returns are only accepted on products that are new, complete, and have not been used by the customer. We do not accept returns of items that have been altered or damaged by the client, where the core or slab has been removed. WorldNumis reserves the right to request photos or other elements to analyze the situation. Note: Some images of coins and banknotes are indicative or examples of the coins. The refund will be made upon receipt of the items within 14 days. We refund shipping costs for orders whose return is the responsibility of WorldNumis. Example: defective or exchanged products. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs if in an order of multiple products only one has problems.
If you send us an item that is missing or wrong, WorldNumis reserves the right to only refund the value of the item.
