Germany’s 1937-D 1 Reichsmark coin was minted during the period of the Third Reich (1933-1945). It is made of silver (90%) and weighs about 5 grams. On the obverse, it features the Nazi imperial eagle over a swastika, while on the reverse, it displays the value “1 Reichsmark” surrounded by oak leaves, common symbols on German coins from that time. Coins with the letter “D” were minted in Munich.
